Dapcor completed the replacement of 2,300m² of combustible cladding at a residential complex in Ashfield, achieving full compliance with fire safety regulations. Works included the safe removal of non-compliant materials and installation of certified cladding systems to meet strict engineering and compliance requirements.
To manage the scale and complexity of the site, the team utilised multiple access methods, including scaffolding, mast climbers, and rope access, ensuring efficiency and safety across all elevations. Despite the challenges of a live, occupied site, Dapcor minimised disruption through staged works and clear resident communication.
The project has not only improved fire safety compliance but also enhanced the building’s presentation and long-term asset value, backed by Dapcor’s proven remedial expertise.
