This busy commercial retail site in Eastwood required a large-scale waterproofing upgrade after ongoing water ingress caused significant surface deterioration. To resolve this, Dapcor meticulously planned and executed over 2,000 square metres of comprehensive waterproofing works within a fully live environment. With more than 20 shops trading continuously throughout the project, our team carefully staged the installation to minimise disruption, safely navigating around critical active services such as air conditioning units, commercial fridges, exhaust fans, and ice machines. The successful upgrade now protects the structure from further water damage, ensuring the long-term durability and performance of this vital commercial asset.
