This expansive Sydney apartment complex required extensive remedial and refurbishment works across multiple buildings. Dapcor delivered concrete repairs, waterproofing, façade coating, and a full pool upgrade, while managing complex stakeholder engagement. Works included 90 custom bathroom refurbishments, 48 double-storey window replacements, and even bespoke kitchen upgrades for selected owners. Structural modifications were carefully managed within tight timeframes. With more than 300 units impacted, stakeholder communication was critical: regular Q&A sessions, team meetings, and coordination with engineers ensured transparency and efficiency. The project revitalised the buildings, resolved water ingress issues, and enhanced resident comfort.
