Dapcor managed a large-scale remedial project in Cammeray, combining façade repair, glazing upgrades, and waterproofing. Works included 700 m² of rooftop demolition, screeding, and the application of a torch-on waterproofing system backed by a 20-year warranty. The project also required the replacement of 1,671 panes of glass across 70 units and common areas, improving both performance and appearance. Render repairs and façade restoration completed the scope. This comprehensive approach enhanced durability, prevented water ingress, and revitalised the building’s appearance, ensuring long-term protection and value for residents.
