Cladding
Dapcor completed cladding replacement works at Goulburn Street, Surry Hills, carefully removing the existing facade materials while minimising impact on the building structure and surrounding areas. All old cladding materials were safely removed and disposed of in accordance with local regulations and project requirements.
Before installation, the facade surface was thoroughly cleaned, levelled and prepared to ensure a suitable base for the new cladding system. The replacement cladding was then installed in line with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices, with close attention to alignment, spacing, fixings and sealing.
These works were designed to improve the appearance and long-term performance of the building facade, reduce the risk of water ingress and provide a durable external cladding solution suited to the property.
