Refurbishment
This project involved the replacement of 99 windows in a historic residential property, addressing long-standing water ingress and performance issues. New aluminium double-hung windows were installed, along with internal lintel replacements and associated make-good works. Dapcor also carried out rendering and painting in affected areas, restoring both functionality and appearance. The refurbishment preserved the building’s value and improved comfort and safety for residents, delivering long-term performance and aesthetic upgrades.
