Dapcor revitalised the historic pool at 25 Holbrook Avenue, Kirribilli, preserving its dual role as a community facility and a seawall protecting against tidal action. The scope included structural concrete repairs and strengthening to the apron, installation of a new pool stair to improve accessibility and safety, and full waterproofing measures to extend the pool’s life. Pool lighting was upgraded for both safety and aesthetics, while PVC piping was repaired to restore functionality. A compliant pool fence was installed to meet modern safety standards. Over the years, the pool had faced cracked tiles, corrosion staining, and exposure to the harsh coastal environment. Through careful remedial and refurbishment works, Dapcor ensured structural integrity, enhanced usability, and safeguarded the pool’s long-term future.
