Remedial
Dapcor transformed a leaking rooftop in Redfern into a vibrant 600 m² communal space while addressing urgent remedial needs. Works included demolition, hydraulic and electrical upgrades, waterproofing, tiling, landscaping, and painting. Residents were engaged throughout, with designs presented via 3D renders to visualise the upgraded space. The final rooftop features green areas, curved planter boxes, timber decking, and custom seating, alongside safe drainage and waterproofing. The project resolved leaks, improved compliance, and created a modern communal area that adds lifestyle and property value.
