Structural Renewal with Olympic Precision

Dapcor refurbished the iconic Sans Souci Leisure Centre pool, established in 1965, to meet modern Olympic standards. The project included precision structural preparation, installation of levelling systems, waterproofing, and compliance upgrades. Despite challenges such as poor weather and tight scheduling, the team delivered on time through shift work and reprogramming. Works achieved strict tolerances of just 2 millimetres across the 50m pool, ensuring durability and long-term performance. Backed by a 25-year warranty, the refurbishment has extended the pool’s service to the community and ensured compliance with international swimming standards.
