Remedial
This strata building required large-scale façade remediation after decades of minor “band-aid” repairs had left it deteriorating. Scope included balcony waterproofing, paving replacement, balustrade upgrades, concrete spalling repairs, and full façade rendering and painting. Dapcor also replaced windows and doors to improve performance and appearance. The works were carried out during COVID-19 restrictions, with strict safety protocols, hoardings, and resident protections in place. Located beside Freshwater Beach, the project restored the building to match its stunning coastal location while ensuring long-term safety and compliance.
