Dapcor delivered one of its most extensive remedial projects to date at a residential building in Coogee, combining multiple scopes into a single, carefully managed program.
The works included installation of over 900 metres of flashing, replacement of 280 windows, application of 11,000 litres of spalling treatment, and waterproofing of 32 balconies. All upgrades were completed within a fully occupied building and delivered within a year, requiring precision planning, consistent delivery, and close coordination with residents.
The project has restored structural integrity, improved waterproofing performance, and significantly extended the service life of the building. Located on Sydney’s coastline, the renewed façade now matches its premium setting while ensuring long-term safety and compliance.
